Jeffrey B. Larson, President and Founder of JBL Companies, has over 25 years of
experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in 1980
with St. Paul-based Lowry Development Company where he worked on the team
that renovated the Lowry Medical Arts Building into the Lowry Professional
Building and also converted the Field Schlick Building into Carriage Hills Plaza.
In 1984, Jeffrey joined CB Richard Ellis in the Asset Management Department where his clients included a variety of entrepreneurial and institutional property owners. He assisted them in transforming their properties into highly desirable and profitable real estate assets.
Jeffrey opened the doors of JBL Companies in 1990 to provide real estate services personally tailored to each individual client’s needs and objectives. Today, this full service real estate firm provides property management, brokerage, development, facilities management and corporate real estate advisory services.
Over the past 18 years, JBL Companies has been involved with more than $750 million in sales and leasing transactions and one million square feet in development projects. Today the firm manages a portfolio of over five million square feet of property.
In addition to his commitment to JBL Companies' growth, Jeffrey commits personal and corporate time to many civic causes. He is the Leadership Committee Chair at his church, he has been the Chair of both the YMCA and Boy Scouts of America's Boards and was the Rotary Club of Eagan's President, as well as coaching various sporting activities. As a company, the team at JBL is involved in many activities each year that benefit the community.
