Thrivent Hires JBL Companies to Lease/Manage Parkwood Place
JBL Companies is now the Leasing Agent and Property Manager for Parkwood Place, a 40,000 square foot office building located at 7650 Currell Boulevard in Woodbury, Minnesota.
"We are pleased to continue our relationship with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and are looking forward to leasing and managing this property on their behalf, as well as the Titus and 3250 Professional buildings in Edina," said company president, Jeffrey B. Larson.
JBL Companies was hired by Darcom to lease their 26,000 square foot building located at 1400 Eagan Industrial Boulevard, Eagan, Minnesota.
JBL Companies is now the court-appointed receiver of Stadium Sports Bar in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

Tammy Brown, formerly of Opus Northwest, and John Stainbrook, who has more than two decades of industry experience, have joined JBL as associates in the companys brokerage services division. Matt Lambrecht has been hired as an assistant in the brokerage services division to provide research, marketing and administrative support. Additionally, Debbie Bonner has been named marketing/IT coordinator to head the companys interactive marketing. The company also added Mike Crouch as a building technician with JBL Maintenance Services. JBL Cos. was founded in 1991 by Jeffrey B. Larson.
